The last slumlord Oak-ridge property management wanted to get everyone to move their trailers to a rent to own domicile. It's obvious why. They had limited options and the only person who could/would help them was a registered sex offender. If you are going to be in this type of business you really need to get your shit together. I'm close to having the mayors office be part of this situation.

Landlords have to abide by renters rights. But what happens if you're forced to stop renting and now have to buy your slum trailer? What duty does the previous owner of the trailer have towards you that you are now forced all of the sudden to buy? This place isn't worth free. Building equity for what reason? I have enough video, photo and audio evidence to sue this property into the ground. Trying to prey on an ignorance that doesn't exist will only worsen their problems.
