A way to stop being a landlord
Landlords have to abide by renters rights. But what happens if you're forced to stop renting and now have to buy your slum trailer? What duty does the previous owner of the trailer have towards you that you are now forced all of the sudden to buy? This place isn't worth free. Building equity for what reason? I have enough video, photo and audio evidence to sue this property into the ground. Trying to prey on an ignorance that doesn't exist will only worsen their problems.
As I said, this place isn't worth free.

Glad that I keep Screen Captures of all of the text communications with previous slumlords. You should never communicate with anyone without having a paper trail to throw up in their face when it's needed.
Jack Triplet has my old rental agreement that has my deposit and last months rent. By state law, both deposit and last months rent should have accrued interest.
The contract that I had with nosser reflects the deposits.
