Dodging Landlord Responsibilities

The last slumlord Oak-ridge property management wanted to get everyone to move their trailers to a rent to own domicile.

It's obvious why. They had limited options and the only person who could/would help them was a registered sex offender.

If you are going to be in this type of business you really need to get your shit together. 

I'm close to having the mayors office be part of this situation.
