I remember back in 2013, the neighbors home burned down. They were always being loud and arguing. Then one morning I had to go to the hospital and then their trailer burned to the ground. The property owner claimed that they were thawing iced water pipes.  There were no freezing weather conditions in the area that day.  They were not offered a replacement habitat even though there were other places available on the lot. I will post the FOIA this week.
