Habitability issues

The building inspector for the city of Quincy, IL never gets called to examine trailers in this area.

I'm glad that I took pictures and shot video of a few properties just in case the question should arise. Inhabitable property can impact  the effectiveness of a home title.

A few properties have had meth lab activities.

A retaining wall  needs to be constructed on the south side of the trailer park.

Jack Triplett and Cheryl Nosser the former owners brought that to my attention shortly before she passed away back in 2019.

These new owners are in a serious rush to sell all of these trailers to ignorant renters.

To hell with whatever happens to the property after these property managers get their money and run.

The retaining wall would need to hold back the man made lake that has no liner in it.

It appears that Jack Triplett duped oak-ridge property management when he sold it to them.

I really should blow the whistle on this place.
